Court filing fees (paid directly to the court, not to us) are separate and vary by county. We provide information about these fees in your documents, and fee waivers are available if you qualify.

If a court clerk rejects a document we prepared for content, completeness, or format reasons, we fix it for free until it's accepted. If we cannot produce a version the court will accept, you get a full refund. Because your documents are delivered instantly and are fully usable the moment you pay, we do not otherwise offer refunds for change of mind or for cases that settle or are dismissed.
