You can create an account, answer the interview and generate every document in your case at no charge. Documents you download before paying carry a visible preview watermark and are not for filing. Blank court forms and domestic violence or protective order documents are always free of charge and never watermarked.
To remove the watermark you pay a one-time fee, shown to you in the app before you are charged. The fee unlocks clean, court-ready copies of every document in that case, including documents you edit or regenerate later. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and may change over time, but the price you paid never changes after you pay it. Accounts created during our free beta, before paid launch, keep clean downloads at no charge.
Our refund policy is our Acceptance Guarantee: if a court clerk rejects a document Virdix prepared for content, completeness or format reasons, tell us what the clerk said and we correct it at no charge until it is accepted. If we cannot produce a version the court will accept, we refund your payment in full. Because your documents are delivered instantly and are fully usable the moment you pay, we do not otherwise offer refunds for change of mind, for cases that settle or are dismissed, or for information you entered incorrectly. You can export a copy of your data or permanently delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app. Deleting your account removes your account and case data from our servers, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the Service or use it unlawfully.
Our Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Except for the correction-or-refund promise in our Acceptance Guarantee, we do not guarantee that your documents will be accepted by any court, and we never guarantee that you will achieve any particular outcome. Legal proceedings depend on many factors beyond our control.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell you by email or inside the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virdix Inc.'s total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Virdix Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
